It’s actually EWE-phoria, because it’s made with sheep milk. Get it?! Anyway. It’s a delicious cheese, and if you like that you will probably love some other aged goudas. Try them all!

Boerenkaas and 2 Sisters Isabella are creamier but still have a nice crystalline quality.

Aged Goat Gouda is a little less sweet, a little more musty and earthy.

Roomano is the driest and most intense. It’s packed with flavor and tastes great with whiskey.

Have a gouda time tasting them all! Hahahahahaha sorry.
